Terms of Use

Draft · effective date not yet issued

These terms apply to this public RecoverOS website. They are a draft until an effective date is issued. They do not sell a subscription, create a clinical relationship, or replace a signed customer agreement.

01Acceptance of terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

A later customer agreement, order form or workspace terms — if RecoverOS issues them — may add to or replace parts of this page for that service.

02Website use

This website is provided so organizations can learn about RecoverOS, read product pages and contact RecoverOS.

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms its operation, or present RecoverOS material as your own product.

03RecoverOS product

RecoverOS is described as a recovery operating system for organizations managing post-procedure journeys. It may support communication, coordination, documentation, reminders, structured workflows and operational routing.

Public pages, calculators and product previews on this website are demonstrations. They use synthetic examples. They are not a live clinical system and they do not create a patient record.

04No medical advice

RecoverOS does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or replace licensed clinicians. It does not provide emergency medical services.

If someone needs urgent care, they should use local emergency services. Nothing on this website is medical advice for a specific person.

Licensed professionals and the organizations that employ them remain responsible for clinical decisions.

05Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit another person’s health information, to impersonate RecoverOS, or to send unlawful, harmful or deceptive content.

Do not use RecoverOS materials to claim clinical outcomes, certifications or partnerships that this website does not state.

06Accounts and access

This public website does not currently provide customer login. Request forms on the site do not create an account.

If RecoverOS later offers a workspace, access rules, roles and authentication for that workspace will be described at that time.

07Intellectual property

The RecoverOS name, mark and the contents of this website are RecoverOS product materials. You may view them for evaluating the product. You may not copy them to build a competing product or to suggest RecoverOS endorsement without permission.

A registered-owner statement will be added when the operating entity is confirmed.

08Third-party services

This website may be delivered through hosting and network providers. Named EHR, messaging or enterprise integrations are not claimed on this site unless RecoverOS states them.

Links to other sites, if any, are not RecoverOS services. Their terms apply to those sites.

09Availability and changes

This website may change, pause or move without notice. Product pages describe intent and current public demonstration — not a guarantee that every illustrated surface is available in production.

RecoverOS may update programs, copy and demonstrations as the product develops.

10Disclaimer

This website is provided as is, for information. RecoverOS does not warrant that the site is uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular clinical or commercial purpose.

Nothing on this page is a warranty of patient outcomes, recovery success, or regulatory certification.

11Limitation

To the extent a later customer contract is silent, RecoverOS is not responsible for clinical decisions, emergency events, or losses that come from relying on demonstration content as if it were a live patient system.

A full limitation-of-liability clause, including caps and excluded damages, will be written with counsel for the operating entity. This draft does not invent those numbers.

12Suspension

RecoverOS may restrict access to this website if use appears unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the service or to others.

Subscription cancellation, refunds and paid-plan rules are not stated here because they are not confirmed for this public site.

13Governing law

The governing law and venue for these terms will be stated here when the operating entity and jurisdiction are confirmed. Until then, these terms describe how this website should be used.

14Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product and legal entity are confirmed. Continued use of the website after an issued update means you accept the revised terms.
