01Introduction
RecoverOS is a recovery operating system for organizations managing post-procedure patient journeys. This public website explains the product. It is not itself a patient record, a clinic portal, or an emergency service.
This policy covers information related to visiting this website and contacting RecoverOS through the published email address. It does not claim to cover every future RecoverOS workspace, integration, or hosted service. Those uses, if offered, will need their own confirmed description.
02Information we may collect
If you send email to support@therecoveros.com, RecoverOS receives the content of that message, including your email address and whatever you choose to include.
Some pages include request forms. The header request form currently stays in the browser and is not transmitted to RecoverOS systems. The contact inquiry form is prepared for delivery, but it has no production destination until one is approved. No account is created from either form.
This website is not a production store of patient health information. Do not send clinical records, government identifiers, or other sensitive patient details through the public contact channels.
03How information may be used
Email sent to the published contact address may be used to respond to your enquiry, to understand what you are asking about, and to keep a record of the correspondence as ordinary business email.
We do not use this public website to run advertising profiles, sell contact lists, or make automated eligibility decisions about patients.
04Website and technical information
Like most websites, the servers that deliver these pages may generate ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and time of request. Those logs, if retained by the hosting environment, are used to operate and protect the site — not to build a marketing profile on this site.
A named hosting or logging vendor is not listed here until that relationship is confirmed for production.
06Communications
RecoverOS may reply to messages sent to support@therecoveros.com. We do not operate a separate marketing-subscription list on this website.
If you ask us not to continue a correspondence, we will treat that request as part of ordinary email handling.
07Service providers
This website may be delivered through hosting, content-delivery and email infrastructure. A public list of subprocessors is not published here because those production relationships are not yet confirmed.
When RecoverOS publishes a production service that processes organization or journey information, a current processor list belongs in an updated policy — not in guessed vendor names.
08Data security
RecoverOS intends to protect information it actually receives, including ordinary email sent to the published address. This page does not claim a specific certification, encryption standard, or audit result.
No website or email channel is perfectly secure. Do not use public contact forms or email to send patient files or other highly sensitive material.
09Data retention
A formal retention schedule is not yet published. Email correspondence is kept only as needed to handle the enquiry and ordinary business records.
When a retention policy is approved, it will replace this paragraph.
10International data considerations
This website may be reached from more than one country. A production data-region or transfer policy is not stated here because it has not been confirmed.
If RecoverOS later offers hosted recovery operations in specific regions, that arrangement will be described in an updated policy rather than implied by this draft.
11Requests about your information
You may write to support@therecoveros.com to ask what contact information RecoverOS holds from your correspondence, to correct it, or to ask that a conversation be closed.
Statutory rights depend on where you live and on the legal entity that operates RecoverOS. Those details will be named when the operating entity is confirmed. This draft does not claim GDPR, HIPAA or similar certification.
12Children
This website is intended for organizations and adult professional contacts. It is not directed at children, and RecoverOS does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
13Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the product, hosting and legal entity are confirmed. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a version is issued.
The current draft status is: Draft · effective date not yet issued.
14Contact
Privacy questions about this website: support@therecoveros.com.
A dedicated privacy office, data-protection officer, or postal address is not published here because those details are not confirmed.
