1. Day 0

    The procedure is complete.

Discharge is not the end of the work. A recovery window opens — and it needs an operating record, not another inbox thread.

  2. Enrollment

    The journey activates.

The case is enrolled. RecoverOS opens a structured recovery record that will hold what happens next.

  3. Program

    Recovery runs from a program.

The journey is not improvised. It executes a versioned recovery program — the schedule that defines check-ins, documentation and follow-up paths.

  4. Scheduled journey

    Time becomes the operating axis.

Milestones sit on the same timeline. Teams can see what is due without reconstructing the plan from messages.

  5. Check-in

    A scheduled check-in appears.

The companion prompts at the right moment. The patient responds — in their language — with the context the program asked for.

  6. Documentation

The response becomes a journey event.

The message does not stay trapped in a thread. It is recorded against the journey, with documentation attached to the same record.

  7. Operational signal

    The record changes state.

When the response needs attention, RecoverOS surfaces an operational signal on the journey — visible in context, not as a disconnected alert.

  8. Human review

Follow-up is routed to a person.

The right team receives the journey context: what was asked, what was answered, and why it needs a human.

  9. Continued journey

The next milestone stays in view.

Routing does not end the schedule. The journey remains active, with the next check-in already placed on the program timeline.

  10. Milestone

The window completes on the same record.

Completion is a structured state of the journey — not the disappearance of the work into scattered files.

The journey continues on a schedule.

RecoverOS does not replace clinical responsibility. It keeps recovery work structured, visible and ready for a person when attention is required.
