Recovery programs

Recovery runs on a schedule.

A program is the designed pathway: duration, milestones, check-ins, documentation and routing. Live journeys execute that version. They do not improvise the next outreach.

  1. Day 0

    Enrollment

    Program activates after the procedure.

  2. Day 1

    First check-in

    Structured recovery response window.

  3. Day 3

    Documentation request

Photo or note attached to the journey.

  4. Day 7

    Review window

May open human follow-up when attention is needed.

  5. Day 10

    Follow-up

Next scheduled check-in remains on the plan.

  6. Day 14

    Completion

Window complete. Journey record is retained.

Configuration

The program holds the rules.

Journeys inherit this specification. Changing outreach for one patient does not rewrite the pathway for everyone else.

Duration
14-day recovery window from enrollment.
Scheduled milestones
Day 0, 1, 3, 7, 10 and 14 are fixed on the version.
Structured check-ins
Day 1, Day 7 and Day 10 collect responses on the same form.
Reminders
If Day 1 has no response, a reminder stays inside the same journey.
Documentation requests
Day 3 asks for a photo or note. Attachment stays on the record.
Languages
EN / ES. The same program version can run in both.
Routing behavior
Day 7 review can route to care operations without leaving the journey.
Next actions
After a review, Day 10 follow-up remains scheduled on the program.

Versioning

The pathway is versioned.

New enrollments run the active version. Drafts are not assigned. Archived versions stay readable for journeys that already started.

  1. v3.1

    Archived

Retired after the documentation cadence changed. Existing journeys keep their start version.

  2. v3.2

    Active

Current operating version. EN / ES. Day 7 review path in effect.

  3. v3.3

    Draft

Day 7 routing rule under review. Not assigned to new enrollments.

Live executions

One program. Independent journeys.

The program is the designed pathway. Each journey is one live run of that version — with its own day, record and operational state.

Program index

Organizations run more than one pathway.

Different procedures and follow-up windows live as separate programs — not as improvised copies of a single list.

Standard 14-day

14-day window on a 30-day reference

Recovery should run from a program, not from memory.

If follow-up still depends on who remembers to check in, RecoverOS gives that work a versioned pathway.
